This workshop will offer a new perspective on what’s possible with more sustainable options through an accessible approach. You will be introduced to DIY algae-based bioplastic recipes, alongside a range of starches often found in your own kitchen.

Tajah Ellis centers growth, decay, and circularity as a regenerative mechanism. Transforming deceased plant matter into a vibrant range of colors, textures and patterns, Ellis experiments with Earth’s remnants onto textiles and materials.
